NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 003524 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2004-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-8 is the Plaintiff and DAVID C READ A/K/A DAVID READ A/K/A D C READ; CHRISTIAN L READ A/K/A C READ A/K/A CHRISTIANE L. READ; HEBERT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, A NEVADA CORP., AS TRUSTEE, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 8/28/2006, KNOWN AS THE 19TH STREET LAND TRUST; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 29, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
