NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Nov 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-003722 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2005-12, Adjustable Rate Mortgage Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and James Lupis, Joan Lupis a/k/a Joni Lupis, Daniels Preserve Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
