EWING; RAYMA EWING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33 AND 34, BLOCK 1775, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
