NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000768 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8,, is the Plaintiff and Michael Karfes aka Michael K. Karfes, Ally Financial, Inc., Briarcrest Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation, its successors and assigns, TSF Mortgage LLC dba Trust Mortgage, LLC, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
