NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Nov. 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-000688 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Charles D. Vachet a/k/a Charles Derek Vachet, Deceased; Miramar Apartments Condominium, Inc.; Kristen Vachet Davis f/k/a Kristen Danielle Vachet; Charles Derek Vachet, Jr. a/k/a Charles Vachet, Jr. a/k/a Charles Derek Vachet are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 6, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 210, MIRAMAR APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 242, PAGE 625, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
