NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2018 entered in Case No. 18-CA-002197 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and David W. Bond a/k/a David William Bond; Dannette L. Swabey a/k/a Dannette Leigh Swabey are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 7, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 21, UNIT 3, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
