NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002010 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Brigitte C. Salkowski a/k/a Brigitte Charlotte Salkowski, Deceased; Cathleen B. Kowanek f/k/a Cathleen B. Fewox f/k/a Cathy B. Fewox; Robert Joseph Salkowski a/k/a Robert Salkowski a/k/a Robert J. Salkowski; Carolyn Jo Salkowski a/k/a Carolyn Salkowski; Joseph Bartholomew Salkowski a/k/a Joseph B. Salkowski a/k/a Joseph B. Salkowski, Jr.; Ursula Wendy Jackson a/k/a Ursula W. Jackson; Clerk of the Court, Lee County, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the December 7, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61 AND 62, BLOCK 1524, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 TO 38, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
