LEDNAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN K. LEDNAR are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 6, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS TO AND EGRESS FROM THE PARCEL HEREBY CONVEYED, OVER AND ALONG THE ROADWAY EASEMENT 20 FEET WIDE HEREINABOVE MENTIONED.
