FISHER, TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE PEGGY A. FISHER REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 4/28/98, is the Plaintiff and CARLA JO RIGBY is the Defendant, that the Clerk, Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. Bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
