NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004647 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Robert J. Patch, Tina M. Patch, Lake Saint Clair Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
