NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 31st day of July 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-004809-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4, against Defendants, SUSAN J. ROSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN J. ROSS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN , A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
