Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4, against Defendants, SUSAN J. ROSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN J. ROSS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN , A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants.
