NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-006276-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and Florida Limited Investment Properties Inc., as Trustee only under the 2644 Kavalier Dr Land Trust, Denise M. Miles, LSG Community Association, Inc., Russell E. Miles, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 2644 Kavalier Dr Land Trust, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Ron Moraski, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
