NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-002843-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QS2 is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Curtis a/k/a Cynthia L. Curtis; Unknown Spouse of Cynthia Curtis a/k/a Cynthia L. Curtis; Eric Curtis a/k/a Eric J. Curtis; Unknown Spouse of Eric Curtis a/k/a Eric J. Curtis; Lynch Oil Company, Inc.; CitiMortgage, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, LAKE CITRUS ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
