NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 5th day of November 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000212-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4, against Defendants, VIA VERDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; TERESITA A. MACKLIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of December 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1005, BUILDING 10, OF VIA VERDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15424, PAGE 2113, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
