NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 30th day of October 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-007172-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD1, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, BARBARA J. BAILEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA J. BAILEY; BECKETT BAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE CITY OF TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
