DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RAY B. JOHNSTON, JR. A/K/A RAYMOND BOYER JOHNSTON, JR.; INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants.
