That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 70 (Wing “D”) Building 4, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 2825, Pages 70 through 91, as may be amended, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on December 26, 2018, in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
