NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-003558-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KATHLEEN R. DUNFORD A/K/A KATHLEEN DUNFORD A/K/A KATHLEEN RAYENA DUNFORD, DECEASED; MARYJANE RAGUSA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; SHEPHERD OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, SHEPHERD OAKS PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 39 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
