AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and SINDRAMANI E. PERSAUD; NEMCHAND PERSAUD; BENTLEY PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
