NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001522-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2006-4, TBW Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and Arturo Rives; Unknown Spouse of Arturo Rives; Janice Rives a/k/a Janice Maria da Silva; Unknown Spouse of Janice Rives a/k/a Janice Maria da Silva; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp.; Collier County, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 10, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86 AND 87, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
