NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 2, 2018, Angela Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on December 14, 2018 (the “Sale”), the following described property:
Commence at the SW corner of the NW 1⁄4 of Section 29, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence run South 89 °20' 30” East along the Southerly line of said NW 1/4 , a distance of 1085.91 feet; thence running North 33 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run North 135 feet; thence run South 89 ° 20' 30” East, a distance of 88.72 feet; thence run South a distance of 135 feet to a point on the North line of 1st Avenue West, thence run north 89° 20'30” West along the North line of 1st Avenue West, a distance of 88.72 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Section 29, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida and as described in Official Records Book 612, Page 355, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the Sale, if any, other than the owner of the Property as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the Sale.
