NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-002767-AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL JOHNSON; MALLORIE M. JOHNSON A/K/A MALLIRIE MORTON ALLEN JOHNSON A/K/A MALLORIE MORTON ALLEN JOHNSON; et. al. are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 118 THROUGH 122, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
