NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 11, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2014CA3528 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3 is Plaintiff and ARTHUR R SEABORNE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of January, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 139, Covered Bridge Estates Phases 4A, 4B, 5A and 5B, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page(s) 195 through 207, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
