NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 13, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 8, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA000236 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY7C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY7C, Plaintiff, and FABIAN L. HANKERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABIAN L. HANKERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A MELISSA TARMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A BRANDON TARMAN, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of December, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, ONWEGO PARK ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 149 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
