HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and RAY E. POST, JR. A/K/A RAY ELWOOD POST, JR.; ZONETTA M. POST A/K/A ZONETTA MAE NIENHIUS A/K/A ZONETTA MAE HURST; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20TH day of DECEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BRADLEY PLACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
