NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001356 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Thomas Soto are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, AND THAT PART OF LOT 14 DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 14 AND RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE FRONT LINE THEREOF, 26.5 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY TO A POINT 20.2 FEET EASTERLY OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 14 AND ON THE NORTH LINE THEREOF, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 14, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE LOT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL IN BLOCK “F”, OF SECOND REPLAT OF WESTOVER PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 54, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
