NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 2009CA-007440-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Gary W Daniel; Wanda D. Daniel; Rockridge Farmettes Property Owner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Gary W. Daniel a/k/a Gary Daniel a/k/a Gary Weldon Daniel; Unknown Spouse of Wanda D. Daniel a/k/a Wanda Diane Daniel a/k/a Wanda Daniel are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, RANCHLAND ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN 2008 TOWN MANOR MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN# FLTHLCT28011490A AND FLTHLCT28011490B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
