Ingram; Frank Randy Ingram a/k/a Frank R. Ingram; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For The Cit Group/Consumer Finance, Inc.; Lisa M. Liittschwager f/k/a Lisa M. Sheffield; Mark V. Liittschwager are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
