NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2017 CA 001118 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein TOWNE MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and ELIEZER CURBELO, MILKA VEITIA, et al. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20 day of December, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 75 feet of the North 150 feet of Tract 132, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 48, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 78 and 79, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
