NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001166-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and FRIEDHELM MICHAEL WIEST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRIEDHELM WIEST; CALUSA BAY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALUSA BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK, et al.are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
