To satisfy the owner's storage lien, KRS Naples, LLC will sell at public lien sale the personal property in the below listed self-storage units, which may include but may not be limited to: household and personal items, clothes, furniture, office and other equipment. The public sale of these items will take place at 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2018 at 8270 Immokalee Road, Naples, FL 34119:
Unit 5-1: 11'x11' - Meghan Gilmore; Unit 5-6: 11'x11' - Vince and Kendra Roberts; Unit 5-7: 11'x11' - Guadalupe Perales; Unit 2-12: 11'x5' - Ryan Anton Bogan. The location of the units and the public sale is adjacent to the Key Royal Condominiums, 8204 Key Royal Cir, Naples, FL 34119. Please call Mike at 330-219-4267 to gain access through the gates.
All units will be sold to the highest bidder. Bids taken only for each unit in its entirety. Payment must be made in cash only and is due immediately upon acceptance of the bid. Buyers must remove all goods from the unit by 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2018 and property remaining in the unit after that time will be disposed.
