in 2013 CA 007542 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and AMY NICHOLS A/K/A AMY LOUISE NICHOLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY NICHOLS A/K/A AMY LOUISE NICHOLS; PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14-202, PHASE 14, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838
AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITHT AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENTANT THERETO.
