NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 006426 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Ronny R. St. Louis; Juli St. Louis a/k/a Juli M. St. Louis a/k/a Julie M. St. Louis; CIT Bank, N.A. f/k/a OneWest Bank, N.A. f/k/a OneWest Bank, FSB as successor in interest to IndyMac Federal Bank, FSB f/k/a IndyMac Bank, FSB; Summerwood II Homeowners' Association, Inc. a/k/a Summerwood II Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, SUMMERWOOD II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
