NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2018, and entered in 2016 CA 001688 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LULA BELL JENKINS, DECEASED; PEARL D. JENNINGS; ARTHUR JONES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GLEN LEWIS; BEVERLY BURDEN; SANDRA ORR; FREDDIE D. JONES JR. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 5 OF NEWTOWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
