NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment Filed 11/14/18. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001704, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES ROWLAND BECKER SR A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER, SR., DECEASED; JAMES ROWLAND BECKER, JR. A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES ROWLAND BECKER SR A/K/A JAMES R. BECKER, SR. A/K/A JAMES ROWLAND BECKER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ELSA CHALMERS TRUST DTD 8/2/85 are Defendants.

90 FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) OF MARIANA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, RESERVING A LIFE ESTATE IN THE GRANTOR.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
