NOTICE IS HEREBY GlVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of Nov, 2018, entered in Case No.18-CA-000832, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK ONE, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CWABS MASTER TRUST, REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2002-E, is the Plaintiff and KIP F. PALMER A/K/A KIP PALMER; MICHELLE L. PALMER; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; DOVE INVESTMENT CORP.; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of FEB 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
