TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARISOL ANDRADE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 14 day of January, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 50, UNIT 6, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 281, PAGE 50 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
