NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018 entered in Case No. 18-CA-002739 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Eloise Farmer a/k/a Eloise Priest Farmer f/k/a Eloise P. Hingson f/k/a Eloise Priest, Deceased; Linda Ann Bess a/k/a Linda Hingson Bess; Sandra Hingson Huey are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on December 14, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 97, UNIT 10, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 90, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
