NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002044 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Margaret S. Westall a/k/a Margaret Westall; Kenneth R. Westall a/k/a Kenneth Westall; Dale Company, LLC; Rockport Naples, LLC; New Windsor Naples, LLC; Naples Commercial Management, LLC; Leaking Pools, Inc. d/b/a Pool Solutions; Microf LLC a/k/a Microf are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the MARCH 15, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 AND 19, BLOCK 973, CAPE CORAL UNIT 24, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63-77, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
