NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Nov 14, 2018, and entered in 18-CA-003391 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DILLARD; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Feb 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
