NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Nov 14, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002607 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN GOSSETT; JOY GOSSETT; VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK II ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; GOSSETT PROPERTIES, INC.; VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK II UNIT 108, LLC are the Defendant(s).
