NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000794, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-ABC1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FELIX MORALES; MARIA DOLORES MORALES A/K/A MARIA D. MORALES; are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of DECEMBER, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, WOODS ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 39, PAGE 471, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
