NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002854, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and GERARDO GONZALEZ; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; MILAGROS JANETTE GONZALEZ; LIVINGSTON AVENUE LAND TRUST, BY G & G INVESTORS, INC., AS TRUSTEE UNDER
TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 6, 2008; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 50 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 438.0 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR LIVINGSTON AVENUE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
