NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005591 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N.A. as successor in interest to all permitted successors and assigns of Bank One, National Association as Trustee, of the GreenPoint Manufactured Housing Contract Trust, Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2000-1, Plaintiff and
Warren Thompson, Sr. a/k/a Warren Thompson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
