NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002011 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC2, MORTGAGE-PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC2, is Plaintiff and SAMUEL D. HARRIS; BERNEL J. HAMILTON-HARRIS A/K/A BERNEL J. HARRIS; et. al. are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6 Block 10, Heritage Isla Phase 2D, according to the Map of Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 85, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
