NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot No. 18, Block No. D, MAGNOLIA GREEN - PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 17 through 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 21, 2018.
