NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and James B. Noordhoek a/k/a James Noordhoek, Bank Of America, N.A., Harold Noordhoek, Holly Noordhoek a/k/a Holly Page Noordhoek a/k/a H olly P. Noordhoek, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
