Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 27, 2018, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 8, in Block 29, of SUNSHINE VILLAGE PHASE 1B-2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Page 288, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida;
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 18, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, after first having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
