A PORTION OF LOT 13, SUNSET HILLS COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 29, ALSO PORTIONS OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, SUNSET HILLS SECOND ADDITION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 41, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE RUN ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE NORTH 43 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 55 SECONDS WEST, 81.42 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 77 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 42 SECONDS EAST, 77.91 FEET; THENCE NORTH 11 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 36 SECONDS WEST, 104.04 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 13, SOUTH 89 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 56 SECONDS WEST, 146.20 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID RIVERSIDE DRIVE 150 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 1300 RIVERSIDE DR, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 3, 2019 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
