NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-005095-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Gerald Walter; Diana L. McLoughlin; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK L, GRANDE ARCADE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
